By Car

From the M5, take junction 18 and follow signs for Avonmouth. The business park is on Smoke Lane, approximately 5 minutes from the motorway. Free parking is available on site.

By Public Transport

The nearest train station is Bristol Temple Meads. From there, bus service 3 runs to Avonmouth. The business park is a 10-minute walk from the Avonmouth bus terminus.

We welcome visitors by appointment only. Our warehouse isn't set up as a retail space, but we're happy to arrange collection for online orders if you're local to Bristol.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking details for all past and current orders.

Standard delivery is £3.95 for orders under £35. Orders over £35 qualify for free standard delivery. Express next-day delivery is available for £6.95 on orders placed before noon on weekdays.

Orders can be modified or cancelled if they haven't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible via email. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then arrange a return if needed.

Yes, we deliver throughout the UK including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Channel Islands. Delivery to these areas typically takes 3-5 business days. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations.

Contact us via email to arrange a return. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For food products where your pet hasn't taken to the flavour, we offer exchanges or store credit as long as more than half the product remains unused.
